It’s located in the Fairmont Hotel and it’s a beautiful venue. The food is incredible, the service is outstanding and the atmosphere is great.
The menu offers a lot of variety, but I would highly recommend trying their tasting menu if you have time.
It’s an excellent way to experience everything they have to offer in one sitting!
I’ve been here several times and have never been disappointed with anything on the menu. They also have a great wine list!

They have beautiful petit fours that are as delicious as they are pretty – I highly recommend trying them out!

He has created signature dishes including his famous beef tartar with black truffles, grilled lamb chops with garlic sauce and roasted duck breast with potato puree and vegetables.
The wine list at Jérôme Ferrer Europea has wines from around the world including France, South America and California.
This makes it easy to find a wine that will complement your meal perfectly!

Queue de Cheval is one of the fancy restaurants in Montreal. It’s a small place, with a very friendly atmosphere, and it has been around for quite some time.
The food is excellent and the staff are friendly, even if you’re not French-speaking.
There’s plenty of parking nearby if you don’t want to walk. The menu changes regularly but there are always several choices for each course.
I’ve tried most of them and they’re all good! Make sure to try their desserts too!
The restaurant has been around for many years but it’s still popular with locals as well as tourists because it’s such good value for money – especially if you order a la carte instead of choosing the prix fixe menu (which tends to be rather expensive).
All in all, Queue de Cheval is definitely worth visiting while staying in Montreal!
